Tasting

The wine is pale peach coloured. The nose gives off aromas of fresh peach skins, flavours that are also apparent on the palate. The bubbles are fine and combine with a refreshing acidity to make the wine perfect as an aperitif, but also able to accompany salads and fruit desserts. The sparkling wine can be enjoyed all year round. Also available in magnums.

Fleur de Liz rosé

70% Grenache, 30% Syrah

Tasting

The wine is pale salmon pink. The nose gives off aromas of grenadine, strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, the strawberry is most apparent, with the grenadine and raspberry lingering with the fresh acidity. The wine is good as an aperitif, warm goats cheese salads, summer barbeques or Asian cuisine. Fleur de Liz can be drunk all year long, from the 1st of January to the 31st of December.

S’ Blanc

50% Grenache Blanc, 40% Marsanne, 10% Roussanne

Tasting

The wine is pale straw coloured. The nose has pronounced citrus, honeysuckle and mineral aromas. The wine has a fresh acidity that supports the citrus flavours, fennel, pineapple and the minerality that accentuates the good length of the wine. S’ white is good with a shellfish platter, grilled fish, lemon-roast chicken, summer salads or on a sunny terrace.

S’ Rouge

60% Grenache, 40% Syrah

Tasting

The wine is dark ruby. The nose is overt with aromas of morello cherries, cinnamon, leather and white pepper dominating. The wine has good acidity and tannins which support flavours of spicy fruitcake, ripe cherries and the smells of the surrounding garrigue, with a lingering spicy note. The wine is good with strong grilled or roast meat, or a Moroccan tajine. Also available in magnum.

1/3 Mourvedre, 1/3 Syrah, 1/3 Grenache

Tasting

The wine is a very dark ruby. The complex nose is full of liquorice, smoke, rich black fruits, and a finish of black pepper. Flavours of prunes, black pepper, spices, thyme and leather linger in the mouth, supported by good acidity and tannins. This should be drunk in accompaniment with rich red meats, a pepper steak or chilli con carne.

Tasting

The wine is very dark ruby. The nose reveals a hint of smokiness, stewed black fruits, cinnamon, cloves, white pepper and leather. Good acidity and harmonised tannins support flavours of blackberry, prunes, cedar, cocoa, and black pepper. The wine is a good match for strong game, duck confit and hearty meat dishes.
